Ingredients

1small pineapple cut into small pieces
2to 3 red dried chillies
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2tsp sesame seeds
1tsp urad dal,
1/4tsp aesafetida
2pcs tamarind
1tsp mustard seeds
4 to 5 teaspoon oil
1/4 cup jaggery
1/2cup dried shredded coconut
1tsp salt
Directions
heat oil in pan, add urad dal, red chillies, sesame seeds, dry coconut and aesafetida for tempering/tadka
Add half cup of water and grind the above spices in a smooth paste
In a Pan heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry pineapple pieces,turmeric powder and mashed tamarind paste with some water around one cup at bring it boil.
Then add the grounded paste and jaggery and bring to boil till it becomes little thick.
